I immediately noticed the lack of art on the walls, which shouldn't be an issue because hotel art is usually nothing spectacular anyway, but everything in the rooms was blah. There was not real attractive features in the room I had. I bought some pastries and put them in the fridge when I got to my room. The next morning,... More

Went for the sunday breakfast after a Saturday Night wedding and it was aweful. They had an omelet station and after waiting in line I asked if they had egg whites they told me they were to busy to have them. When I asked the woman who seemed to be running the show she said they were expecting 200 people... More

We visited this hotel for several nights recently to attend the wedding of a family member. Hotel policy includes breakfast for two people per room, per night. I paid for two rooms for five nights. One for my wife and I and one for my two children (that equals 4 included breakfasts, right?). What they do not tell you is... More

I went here for a wedding reception. the hall was good but had a small bar that kept a line all during the reception. the food and service was very good. the reception ended at midnight. We went back to our room to sleep, and realized that we could hear the conservations of the people in the adjoining room, they... More

We were staying to watch the Cushing Academy Hockey Tournament in Ashburnham between Christmas and New Years. The grounds are attractively landscaped. Staff was friendly and helpful (came quickly when the toilet was clogged). Common spaces were beautifully decorated for Christmas, but a little chilly. Heating unit in room was a little louder than we'd like, pillows were below average.... More

1. Before paying in full at check in ensure that you are being assigned the type of room that you reserved. We were not (although the room was reserved 6 months earlier) and, having paid, could do nothing about it. 2. Check your room before paying. Our room had a fault that was not rectified and and we had no... More

A very disappointing experience Beware of the young girl at the front desk in the evening. You will not find a ruder person. (The older front desk staff, by the way, were delightful) Noise prevents you from having a proper sleep In the room you can hear people walking in the room above you and there is constant noise in... Went to a wedding in Gardner and it seemed as this was pretty much the only hotel around. However, when we got there I was pleasantly surprised. Quite a grand building in the middle of no where. The receptionist was very helpful, as we made the reservation as we got there. The room we stayed in had two queen sized... More

room was ok, but overpriced at $149.00, a little dated. bathroom could have been cleaner. buffet breakfast was pretty good, price was very reasonable 10.99. It was close to wedding we were attending nearby. hotel bar was clean, and service and price were standard
