A recent stay at this hotel was very disappointing. We have stayed here in the past, but will never stay again. Food trays left in the hallway, children running through the hallways, front desk very unhelpful with directions. Renovation will not help poor maintenance and clientele.

Large room, clean. Terrible shower. Sloooow wifi. Feels way past its prime - maybe the renovations will help. Also, the taxi promised 'in 5 minutes' arrived 25 minutes late and that after I twice asked the receptionist what was going on. We stayed here for a weekend trip to Boston and also to attend my 50th reunion from Framingham State University. Our room was newly renovated, clean, spacious, and the bed was really comfortable.
