Very old and uncomfortable beds which management claims they are "going to be updating this year". Rust and mold in the bathroom. Couch was saggy. If working in Framingham, this all-suite hotel has nice staff, a good breakfast, and comfortable rooms. Bathrooms could use updating, but it's clean and ready for business travel. I did see lots of families nearer to the weekend as well. More
