We had a wedding block of rooms there. They gave away my parents room, tried to send my best man to the opposite side of the hotel, and made booking their event room near impossible. They do not deal with wedding blocks themselves, they use a sales department that is unresponsive and seems to know little about the hotel itself.... More

Never again. Walls are paper thin......doors too. Got no sleep with hockey teams there for the weekend. rooms were upgraded since last year but needs complete soundproofing....esp. as a Courtyard!! New cafe staff was wonderfully helpful. More

We stayed here while touring Bentley University. The lobby is under renovation, so the business center is acting as the lobby - that was not a problem at all. Rooms are very small but clean. Easy access to highway and close to Gilette Stadium. Biggest concern is the lack of security with key dstribution. They do not require ID when replacing keys to rooms.
