Location to Island Ferry was great. Beds need replacing - rooms need updates - motel has overall dingy appearance. Front desk daytime girl was friendly and polite - other staff so-so. We are not terribly picky about hotels when sightseeing, a bed and safe is usually enough. This was the worst place ever. Outside door from parking lot near our room did not lock so anyone could come in without front desk being aware. Mattress was cheap with hard springs. Oh my. Where to start? The moldy, musty smell hits you in the face as soon as you walk in the door. Although the hotel is old our rooms were clean and we found the location to be very convenient for us. Walk to ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Walk to town of Falmouth which is delightful. more

Where to begin or to say what hasn't already been said. The dirtiest place ever. Bed linens haven't been replaced since 1976, filthy carpets, bathroom covered in hair, mold & mildew.
