ok , for starters, there was a band aid on the wall, the roof is cracked, the windows are covered in liek rust, there were only like 4 people besides us at this place, really bad smelling, and the breakfast sucks, the tv is ok but minimum channels, so the racks in the closet were busted, the beds and pillows... more

We paid over $250 a night for a room in this hotel with peeling exterior paint and peeling wallpaper inside. The "spa tub" had wooden planks around the sides in an attempt to cover the mold. The place smelled like cigarette smoke, although we reserved a non-smoking room. We had a room on the 3rd floor over the outdoor pool.... more

Stayed one night at the Admiralty Inn and enjoyed our stay. We visit Cape Cod regularly but this was our first visit to Falmouth. After reading some of the reviews I was afraid to stay here, but we did for two nights. It is an average motel type place. It was clean, TV, internet and fridge worked. I liked having an extra sink outside the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and had clean sheets. We also had a back door to the pool area.... more

This is the definition of a scumbag hotel... great marketing campaign... bait and switch tactics... rotten food behind nightstand, dirty sheets used facecloths in shower. Would not give $$ back unless rented after we left. Managed by the owners. obviously they splurges on a career in marketing NOT hospitality. Please I cannot tell you enough times to not go more

We had a town house for the 5 of us. It was very spacious and a very nice lay out.
