We had our wedding here and stayed in the cottage room. It had a beautiful view over the lake and the perfect lighting through a dormer window for lots of great family and getting ready pictures. We had lots of compliments on the appetizers and food. Everything went smoothly and they were great at helping us plan from out of... More

We stayed here for a wedding on premises. The room was large and comfortable, with the decor firmly styled as country. Our room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. It was a healthy walk from the parking lot down a few sets of steep stairs - wasn't a problem for us, but certainly could be, depending on your mobility.... More

Good location, outdated room, rude receptionist‎ - ‎ - 2010-09-12 We recently stayed at the Coonamasset Inn, where a friend's wedding reception was being held. We really liked the location, as we easily could walk to downtown Falmouth in about ten minutes. Our room was quite spacious, but the decor is aging and needs to be updated. While other hotel... We stayed here for a wedding. The wedding was nice but a bit rushed, feels like a wedding factory, since you have not left and they start setting up for next. They also allowed people to start eating, and I do not mean just the appetizers, but they opened the buffet before the bridal party got there. (they rush you).... More

Had a 4 night stay here at the end of October, we were a little apprehensive with some of the mixed reviews but our fears were totally unfounded. This is a lovely place with friendly staff, large comfortable & quiet rooms and a great base for touring the Cape and access to Falmouth itself. Even though the hotel was busy... More

My sister just got married here a week ago. The coonamessett truly knows how to put on a wedding! We had the rehersal dinner there and the food was incredible. I will say that the rooms are extremely clean but very outdated. The day of the wedding everything went without a flaw! They brought amazing apps and cocktails out to... More

My husband, sister and I went to the Inn for dinner. Our server, Meredith, gave outstanding service and the food was delicious. However, it seemed that the bartender was more interested in chatting with the locals at the bar, than servicing the other people in the diningroom . He did not want to change the channel to a local sports... More

Positives: Nice location within walking distance to the village. The suites are dated and not at all elegant but have seperate bedrooms and "living rooms". The continental breakfast is high quality with what they offer but it is limited. The restaurant is Great!!! The best food we had for our two weeks in Falmouth. The service is good, not great.... My son and daughter in law were married at the Inn. From the rehearsal to the wedding day, everything was professionally done. The staff were attentive to every need. After the ceremony the wedding party was escorted out front for pictures and were met by the staff offering trays of champagne and hors dourves. When my daughter in law discovered... More
