We stayed here for 2 nights in October as part of a 2 week tour of New England. The situation of the house and surrounding area is quintessentially New England. Jim and Maureen were helpful, friendly hosts who made us feel at home in their home. We were the only guests staying on those 2 nights in the Oak Room... More

Muareen and Jim made us most welcome. They were pleasant, pleasing and helpful hosts. The Inn was very comfortable and in a great position to explore the small town of Falmouth. Plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to explore especially in the evenings when there was lots of atmosphere. Excellent position to explore the Cape and the day trip to... More

Located on a side street just at the edge of the center of town, the friendly hosts do an excellent job making everyone feel welcome. The Inn is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, everything is spotlessly clean and the breakfasts are yummy. Walk a block and you are in the center of town with lots of shops to browse. 15... More

We spent 5 nights with the ultimate hosts, Jim and Maureen, and cannot say enough about their New England warmth and hospitality. We stayed in the lovely and spacious Pineapple Room and enjoyed the delicious breakfasts every morning. Jim and Maureen were extremely helpful in suggesting beaches, restaurants, shopping and things to do in Cape Cod. This is our first... More

This is a charming B&B nestled on a shaded lot across from the Falmouth town green. The owners, Jim and Maureen, clearly enjoy hosting their guests and prepared a fabulous breakfast each morning. We would highly recommend the Inn at Sider's Lane and hope to make a return visit. More

All the great reviews we read are true. The Inn at Siders is a real gem. The innkeepers, Jim and Maureen are perfect hosts. We spent 4 nights there in 2 different rooms. The breakfasts are wonderful - Maureen is an excellent cook. An example of the service we received was demonstrated when Jim & Maureen went and purchased Starbucks... More

We spent three terrific days here just last week and from the moment we arrived the hospitality was superb - Jim even gave us a lift to the harbour to take the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Our room was huge, with a walk in closet and a large bathroom. The house itself was beautiful, located right in the heart of... More

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a lovely two-night stay at the Inn. Proprietors Jim and Maureen were welcoming and friendly (and very understanding about food allergies). The room is modern, spacious, comfortable, and cleaner than clean. Within walking distance to Falmouth's adorable main street and a beach. Also close to the bike rental shop for farther excursions. Overall, I highly... More

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent 3-day stay at the Inn. This is my second time staying there. The Innkeepers, Jim and Maureen, are absolutely delightful and so welcoming and helpful. The Inn is charming, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and immaculate. The Inn is in a great location - you can leave your car and walk to the downtown. Everything is... More

We recently spent a night at Siders Lane and were thoroughly deligted with our stay. Our room, called the Pineapple Room, was very spacious, cozy and totally comfortable. The inn itself is lovely and decorated with many antiques. The innkeepers were charming --- they really make you feel welcome and seem to truly like their job as hosts. The breakfast... More
