The new management has made huge improvements around this resort since they got rid of the developers. They will have the Five Star rating back soon. Because of the frontage and location ... this has to be the best timeshare resort on The Cape. I am an owner and own 4 weeks at this resort....this place has enormous potential.

There where hot tubs here to encourage people to buy timeshares, now there gone . Too bad they where cutting into the owners pockets. The raised maintence fees. That should have coverd it. To top it off 10 a week for wifi. Are they kidding.
