This is a great motel! Great Cape Cod feel, close to the Dennis beaches, Captain Frosty's, everything. They have a pool, comfy rooms, and Len is super-friendly. Your pets are welcome, and taken care of. I love this! The place is affordable as well. I will go here again, and you should, too! Thanks Len! More

The Kingfisher is only for the budget concious traveller who is only looking for a roof over their head and a bathroom. This motel is a 50's style motor inn that has pretty much outlived it's usefulnesss. Everything about this place is old and well worn. The staff was pleasant and the room was clean. This may be the cheapest... More

We were pleasantly surprised to check into the Kingfisher Lodging on 6A. Owner Len greeted us, gave us important local info. This was our first trip ( hope to have many more!) to the cape. Len's motel rooms are clean, adequate, and serve the basic needs of any traveler! IF you don't mind making your own bed! The bath towels... More

I had a great stay with my two golden retrievers this past Sept. I travel a lot for business and stay in many high end hotels. This trip I needed a place to take my dogs. I was so very pleasantly surprised at how extremly clean and well cared for the rooms were. I have stayed in hotels much more... More

We were looking forward to staying at this location based on TA reviews. After checking in, I have to say we were very disappointed. We only opted to stay one night and found excellent accomodations right down the road for the same price. We really can't understand how this location was given so many excellent reviews. More

We were visiting family in Dennis and looking for an economical place to stay that was pet-friendly and convenient –and we found it at the Kingfisher! Truly a motel, the rooms are dated and small (our room did not have a closet) and honestly, I have to admit I was a bit scared when I first opened the room door!... More

This is the second year that I have stayed at the Kingfisher motel. Yes it is a little old, and the rooms a little small. But if you are on Cape Cod how much time do you really spend in your room? The Kingfisher has a great owner who bends over backwards to help you if you need it, the... More

We had a wonderful time staying at Kingfisher lodging. The owner is very pleasant and helpful. Leonard Fisher went out of his way to make us feel welcome. He was helpful with questions about places to visit. This motel is sparse but clean. It has cable, AC, double beds, free wireless. The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, cream cheese, jam,... When we were looking for a short one night stay on route 6A in Dennis during the end of August, we saw the fantastic reviews of the Kingfisher and opted to stay there. Let's be honest here folks, in the owner's word's it isn't the Taj Mahal! It is an older property with the normal flaws that a property like... More
