The hotel is not a bad property at all but the location sucks. Its route 1 north and that means going south and namely to Logan Airport requires some manuvering. The location is just plain bad in my opinion. Rooms were fine, comoputer area and breakfast included so it looked like a typical Residence Inn.

This Residence Inn is a little old and could befit from some updating. Nothing was actually broken but just dated. The check-in process was fine and the room was clean. The real gem of the hotel is the hostess who serves the manager's evening snack. She is the nicest person and very eager to make sure you walk away happy.... More

We had a 2 Bedroom/BR loft with a nice kitchen, common living space and working fireplace. Service was prompt and courteous. Called down for ice and manager brought it up himself. Very nice restaurants nearby with easy access to highway. Approx 20 min from downtown Boston and 15 min from Salem MA

Standard extended stay hotel with very helpful staff and decent breakfast. Difficult to find, but we know the place and have stayed here a number of times. Hotel being renovated. Pool a bit small, but enough for my needs.
