Just returned from a wonderful three night stay at the Inn at Blueberry Hill. What a beautiful place. Warm and friendly, great location. Our room was spacious and very clean. We enjoyed the breakfast it was a pleasant surprise; fresh cut fruit, yogurts, coffee cake, muffins, English muffins, bagels, granola, toasting breads, juices and of course coffee and tea, PLUS... The Inn at Blueberry Hill is beautifully set back from the road amongst the trees on a sprawling lawn. The country setting allowed us to take in the sweet smell of honeysuckle, listen to the songs of frogs, watch fireflies and view the night sky filled with stars. There was plenty of opportunity to stay active with a tennis /... More

We just returned from a stay at the Inn at Blueberry Hill. The grounds are nice and the manager, Niall, a charming hard worker but there are some disappointments. The rooms are ok. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors next door and above. We had the air conditioning system outside our door and that was very... More

I recently stayed at the Inn at Blueberry Hill with my wife and while the inn is set on a very nice property and has great potential, we were disappointed in the quality of the service, the air conditioning and the general lack of value given the somewhat high priced rooms. The inn is apparently under new management and the... More

My husband and I stayed at The Inn At Blueberry Hill in July and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff was extremely helpful making us feel very welcomed. Niall Reid, The General Manager was charismatic and delightful as well as very informative about the island. Everyone at the Inn went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Our... More

The property is quite lovely, bucolic and isolated. The staff is friendly and eager to please. However, the actual physical structures are so badly constructed that any sound, be it clearing of a throat at 5:30 a. m., or the mere turning on of a water faucet in another room, will be cause for alarm if you're trying to sleep.... We arrived in the evening to an idyllic, peaceful island setting, nestled in the woods. We were excited to be staying three nights in such a beautiful place for our last trimester to celebrate, rest and relax before our daughter's birth. We were surprised, however, by what we found when entering the room. The carpet in the entry was stained... More

I'd recommend the Inn at BH for people who've already been to the Vineyard and seen the major sites. I would definitely also recommend bringing a car (requires ferry reserv. several months ahead) or renting a car. It's on a bus route, but that can take time. Rooms were simple, nicely furnished, and I think they all have decks. Walls... More

This property is beautiful, tucked away in the trees with gorgeous grounds. The rooms are nothing elaborate, but I enjoyed the tasteful simplicity. This is the perfect place to get away from it all, and sit on the porch and watch the birds. There are no tvs in the rooms. Blissful. There is a tennis court as well, and a... More
