Just came back from CBI - Beautiful resort. Great Service - if you want it ...they have it...and did it that right way! Definately take the boat over to North Beach - pack a cooler - miles of sandy beach - lots of seals - waves...just a treat! My two boys, 7&9 loved it. They hung out on South Lawn... more

Extremely crowded, many many people milling about in lobby. We checked in at 5:15 and the maid had just finished cleaning our room. No room at the restaurants available until after 8;45 so we popped into the casual lounge. The food selection was boring and the quality was poor and was served cold. Didn't think such a nice hotel and grounds existed in New England, home of the tiny B&B's! We never wanted to leave the resort! The food at the resort was pricey and unimpressive, but the views from the Veranda and Beach Side Restaurants were excellent for drinks and relaxation. We just returned from our stay and let me tell you, it was the best vacation we've ever been on. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the staff perfect and the bed-like sleeping on a cloud. The 4th of July in Chatham is crowded, however the events for the children kept them having fun all day. They have lots beautiful boats... more

Just arrived back from CBI after a week's stay. Stayed in a cottage suite overlooking the water. It was incredible. Food was good, staff was polite and helpful, and pool was great for the children. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again in a heartbeat. Loved the clambake and bbq on the 4th. I had high expectations... more

Lovely Hotel. Housekeeping could use some work but the rooms are large with excellent views. Pool area and beach are nice. The only negative on the pool is that is gets crowded when the weather is nice and they seem to have a lot of "reserve" seating that is not being used. more
