Staff was good. First room we were put in needed cleaning desperately, given an upgrade-2nd room better but not great. Our kids enjoyed the kids camp & kids night out. The roof top terrace on the Mansion side is really nice & has a beautiful view. Lovely grounds on the mansion side also. more
