First lets start by saying there was poop on the second floor stairs, the bathroom floor was sticky and smelled like urin, the pool and bar is closed all winter but they do not tell you that when you book the rooms stink. If you are broke stay if you have a extra twenty dollars stay someware other then the bedford... More

Honestly I don't like reviews I am hoping someone reads this and saves themselves from this atrocity. Me and my mother planned to stay here from December 2011 until April 2012 this will not be happening.. I am writing my review from the room right now.. We have been here a month and have been harassed to the point where... More

I recently booked several rooms for a college tour. The hotel was disgustingly dirty with broken blinds that didn't cover the bathroom window which faced a major busy road. One of the rooms had roaches and the manager's only comment was that the room was not supposed to be rented because it had a long time renter and hadn't been... More

We booked online as we were travelling through the area and wanted a centrally located hotel. Check in was ok, no complaints about the staff .. I don't know if they have good rooms and bad rooms but ours was very run down. The shower rail was falling off, the toilet was slow running and the tub had been repaired... More

Spoke with woman on the phone who did take my coupon ( only good thing about hotel). Hotel room had bed bugs and ripped old carpeting. The old heating unit was rusted out and falling off the wall. The television was small and the bathroom had mold growth on the shower curtain. There was 1 small window with a broken... More

Don't be fooled by the outside. The inside is spacious and has a lofty swimming pool adjacent to the cafe. Good breakfast including bacon and scrambled eggs and potatoes (not so good) and pancakes. Rooms were clean. For Boston, take the bus just outside the door to the Alewife Station. Take the Red Line from there to Boston, about 45... More

This was a horrible experience. The low price is not worth the terrible and rude treatment you will receive at this hotel. On our way to Concord, my husband and I decided to take a break from our road trip for the night. The receptionist quoted us the price of $60 for a double room based on a room-saver coupon... More

Really expensive: 50 USD per person per night in a small room with two double beds. Some employees and the manager are very rude. They changed the prices every day and finally at the end of our stay, after 3 nights, they told us this really expensive price. When we asked some questions about the bill they insulted us. The... Well I have to be quite honest when I say that I checked into the hotel and 10 minutes later after looking at the room and experiencing the odor of the room I checked out. The foyer of the hotel had an odor of sweat and so did the room. The room was not clean by any standard and the... More

From the exterior, this hotel has an institution look, which I'm sure throws many people off. But it seemed to have what we were looking for - wifi, breakfast, & parking included, so we booked here for 3 nights for our trip to Boston. (Boston is just 20 mins. away.) Also, $75 a night (King bed) was much more reasonable... More
