We came to Chesapeake House to look at a boat that was for sale at their dock. We had a 30 minute wait for the broker to show up so we decided to have a late lunch. My wife and I ordered the baby crab cakes and oyster sampler. Both were great. While Tilghman Island is off the beat track,... More

If you are looking for luxury, this is not for you. Harrison's can best be described as spartan as it seems to cater to fisherman and/or hunters (at least the dog friendly rooms); the room was small but adequate as we were not spending any time there anyway. With the exception of one rather ratty chair they would do well... More

This is a place that should have no stars....my room was smelly and dark. The TV was 1950's vintage....gross.

We stayed 2 nights to attend a wedding, so we were not in the room much except to sleep or change. The room is not meant for lounging in. It did have an upholestered chair, but it didn't look very clean, so I chose not to use it. Bed was fine - mattress not too old, clean, clean sheets. Towels... More

The rooms might not have been the very best , but they were typical of many of motel rooms across this country. They may need a little updating but the employees and the Harrisons made up for any shortcomings. There wasn't one person associated with The Harrisons' that wasn't polite and helpful.

Absolutely horrible. Rooms filthy; bedbugs, roaches, mold, & more. Seafood buffet is way overrated. Service is terible. Employees are just plain rude. Wouldn't go back if you paid me. Wouldn't wish it on anybody.

Just got back from the eastern shore and stayed here one night. The rooms are small and bare bones. No phone, fridge, hairdryer, iron, alarm clock, etc. just a bed, dresser and tv, The beds are a bit hard, no bathtub, just a shower. It was clean though and the view was spectacular. The people are friendly, the bar fun,... More
