Basically a motel in a marina with a gravel parking lot. Restaurant across the parking lot has good food. We stay here a lot. Not big on amenities, but they do have a decent amount of free food for breakfast. Staff are friendly. They have been renovating and the rooms needed it. The smell when we walked in on the first floor should have told us everything. It took our breath away.
