Arrived, poor directional signage, site is conference center at National Labor College. Modern reception area (not initially clear that it's the check-in). Clerk could not find reservation, don't know if he did or not, but he provided a room at the expected rate. Rooms are located, essentially, in dorms. There is no way to access rooms other than via sidewalks...
