The rooms were lovely. The amenities in the rooms were awesome. However, the people who work at the front desk were VERY INCOMPETENT and VERY UNHELPFUL. They don't know anything. Just returned from the big Poodle Specialty event. One of the best parts of our trip was the Holiday Inn. The rooms are newly renovated, large and super clean. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

You can't call that a fitness center. You do not want to stay at this Holiday Inn if you workout. I went to the World Gym down the street & paid $10. Its only 5 minutes away. Seriously, the exercise equipment was broken & there were only 4 pieces. No weights. Very sad
