This was a good stop off point for us. The rate for friday night was expensive for what you get. The hotel is older. You could smell smoke in elevator and hallways. Pool was OK the floor was very slick kids fell a few times. Probably wouldnt stay there more then one day. More

First ever stay at a HIExpress. The King Executive suite with sitting area/sleeper sofa was sizeable, large bathroom and inroom wetbar area with fridge, microwave, sink and more than adequate storage. Super Convenient dinner options ( Ruby Tuesday, KFC/Taco Bell right next door as well as other options within walking distance. We have stayed at Holiday Inn Express's before and this was the most uncomfortable bed (hard), that we have ever had. The hallway had a strong odor of smoke and by the second day it started to permeate the room even though we were on the opposite end of the smoking section.
