My Husband and I have been coming to stay at the Pricess Bayside for the last 3 years. We come to celebrate our birthdays and get away just the two of us. The location is perfect because it is right next to Seacrets which is our favorite place to visit as well as the food at Finnigan's is always excellent.... more
The Princess Bayside appreciates hearing from guests about their stay with us, we are pleased that this guest likes our location and our Finnigans restaurant. This is my third stay at this hotel and will always stay there when in Ocean City, MD. The staff is super friendly, always clean spacious rooms. Never a problem. Extremely quite in this hotel. more

I've stayed at many different places in OC and Princess Bayside gives you the most bang for your buck. Rooms are simple but clean and customer service is outstanding. Located right next to Seacrets and close to many other great mid-town bars and restaurants. Next time you are in OC, try to find a deal here! more

Dealing with the Princess Bayside was a waste of a time from the beginning. They took a deposit for a room on a Thursday night and then called us back on Friday morning and canceled it because we wouldn't stay for 3 nights (nearly every hotel had rooms that weekend) without giving us back the deposit. It appears that there was a great deal of misunderstanding by this guest of our hotel policies. Unfortunately in a case like this when the hotel staff is attempting to clarify hotel policy the situation may escalate. We certainly want all our guests to experience the best in customer service and regret this guest felt we were lacking.
My mom and I stayed here and spent all of our time at the edge of the bay. I suggest you splurge for the balcony bay view, if not you'll probably get stuck on the street (like we did) But it is a little overpriced. Great location though, seacrets was fun!
