No room service (this includes no linen / towel change, no cleaning) on 24-25th Dec?!? Call before you book this hotel to make sure you will get one. Staffs are not professional enough. The location was key. Easy access to the metro via the hotel shuttle.The buffet was decent and there was also the option to go next door to IHOP with a 15% hotel discount. Our room was clean and quiet. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Also,lots of stores and eateries nearby.

We went this past weekend, Oct.22-24 2011. This hotel used to be a four points Sheraton and has since changed hands. It is worn down and not taken care of to Sheraton standards...
