Stayed over the weekend. It was a great deal for the money. Friendly staff. Across Applebees and Walmart on the back. Dinner and drinks at Applebees was convenient across the hotel. No need to drive. CiCis Pizza is near by too.off exit 40. convenient.

while doing a memorial day concert we stayed at this hotel we had 3 rooms .the room I stayed in their was dirt and dead bugs under my bed and even though they advertise wifi its hard to get and if you ask them they say you have to surf and hope you get a signal which rarely happens .... More

This isn't the Ritz, but if you want a good night's sleep this fills the bill. Clean rooms and friendly office staff. Stayed here 3 times the past 2 months and have no complaints. The rooms in back face a wooded area and are quiter than the front. Especially like the windows that open for fresh air.

There's a lot of reasons why I won't be staying here again. One, the redneck check in guy who is too cool to do his job. Two, the dead bugs in our room. Three, the continental breakfast. Four, mediocre location. There is a shopping mall on the hill above it... I'd definitely stay someplace else.

We picked this hotel because it was the cheapest in the Cumberland area that we could find online, so our complaints need to be taken in that context. Stayed while I was traveling to a WVU football game. I checked in at 1:30 AM after coming back from the game. The pillows were very small, no remote control, and room smelled like a pack of cigarettes, thought I had a non smoking room when I booked. The continental breakfast was lacking. It is definitely a ECONO lodge.

Outward appearance of this Econo-Lodge will definitley put you off. Upon driving up to it, we wondered if we had made a mistake. The answer to that is a 'no.'
