Our experience was terriable. Check in was a nightmare. It took 20 minutes for the clerk to figure out if our room was ready at 2:30pm. This hotel overall was not clean - lobby, hallways, rooms, although the beds seemed freshly prepared. Shower pressure like a drip. Don't bother eating your breakfast here except for a cup of coffee. All areas seemed too small. Front desk staff was cordial, though.

“Needs updating and cleaned”

I have stayed in this hotel many times over the years since it was new and unfortunately it has slowly deteriorated. Room was not cleaned properly (previous guests used towel behind door and hair in the bath tub and very low water pressure in shower). I just recently took over management of this property and we are working on getting this property so that it will exceed your expectations in the future. “Decent place, very nice people”

I stay here every time I visit my child at Frostburg University. Worth the price paid, basic breakfast, very nice staff. No complaints. Located within ten miles of the university. Very close to Country Club mall with Sears, Walmart, restaurants.
