We've stayed here quite a few times traveling back and forth from ME to TN and have always had a pleasant, albiet short, stay. I always request Rm200 as it's our favorite, near the stairs and pet friendly. The front desk staff are always very helpful and accomodating with our requests for extra towels and pillows and information on restaurants... More

We needed a stop half way to home and found this hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Hand held shower was leaking from the hose. A bunch of lights out in the pool area, I let the desk know and they were aware. Seems to be a safety issue, a family came in when we were using the pool, Spa... More

This was a hotel that we stayed at duing a cross country trip. The hotel is very clean, room was decent - not 5 star, but a comfortable nights sleep and it was pet friendly which was great to accomodate our 70lb dog. We booked through AAA so got a great rate. Free breakfast was also really nice before hitting... More

I have spent many nights here this last year on business trips. This hotel has reasonable rates (keeps the "bean counters" happy and also provides clean decent accomodations. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. There are many choices near by for meals, shopping, entertainment. I find that this type of hotel meets my needs while on the road. More

We were passing through town and wanted to hit the Outlet Mall before continuing on our way. I surveyed several of the hotels in the area and thought they were a little pricey so we settled on the Sleep Inn based on the price and reviews. Several people noted how friendly the staff was and we agree. The frond desk... More

Because of business, I drive through Hagerstown going south every August, and always make a stop at this hotel. I have my wife, young son, and dog with me, and we like this place a lot because it is reliable, clean, reasonably priced, friendly service, and obviously pet friendly. Conveniently located off the highway, near the crossing of I-81 and... More

I stopped for one night on a motorcycle trip to the Blue Ridge Parkway. My room wasn't ready so I got an upgrade to a king suite with a jacuzzi. Can't complain there. The room was quiet and well furnished, the bed comfy and the jacuzzi was great after 8 hours on the bike. Several fast food restaurants are within... More
