I have to be able to stay in a hotel for weeks at a time at night. Hagerstown Hotel is nothing special. Right now the hotel is going through bankruptcy, so they are cutting cost. The Hagerstown Hotel was really a great place for the money. We paid less than $50 a night here which was extremely cheap for what you get. The receptionist was lovely and went out of her way to make us welcome. The rooms were clean and large. We had a room that overlooked the pool area, which is very pretty.... more

The rooms were updated. Lots of rooms. Swimming pool. Big banquet rooms. Full bar and restaurant. They've found a real niche because they've been around for at least 30 years, so they must be doing something right. more
