Location is within Milestone, a beautiful community where I once owned a home. That said, the staff is is strange! They ask a lot of questions and snicker amongst themselves. Witnessed this behavior with three female guests.
Homeless facility for the county. Everybody there is strange, from the staff to the guests. It's like if you're staying long-term you are...

This is, quite simply, the filthiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I've also never experienced such a horrid lack of customer service. When we first entered the room, it smelled of dirty feet and mildew. The mildew smell in the bathroom remained throughout our stay. Upon check-in we were informed that there is only maid...

I stayed in this hotel in March 2009 for more then 15 days with my wife. I knew this hotel since I stayed in the same hotel for more then 3 months in past during many of my stays in Germantown.
The property is OK kind of, with staff not very helpful. You would find only one person on the...

We reserved a room online approx. 2 weeks ahead, confirmed our reservation the night before. We were told by a girl that worked at this hotel that we were NOT given a ground-level room, as we requested and she even gave us our room number. When we arrived, we called to tell them we were in the area and that...

"I recently received a copy of your review of the Extended Stay America Washington, D.C. - Germantown. Our company prides itself on providing great service and great rooms at great rates, which is why I was so disappointed to read your post. Please accept my most sincere apologies.

After driving for 14 hours with a school Odyssey of the Mind team we arrived to find they had given our rooms away to people who had wanted to EXTEND their stay. Needless to say that was more than problematic. They tried to send us to their sister property and we spent 2 hours with no bathroom for the kids,...

The biggest flaw of this property is that it is located away from the nearest highway interchange. It is visible from I-270, but you have to wind through some residential neighborhoods to get to the property. The standard (small) highway department signs were adequate to guide you there, if you were alert to them.
Everything was clean and in working...

I was delighted with this hotel. Clean room and kitchen.
The location was excellent, the staff both helpful and friendly and was just the hotel we wanted and I would certainly recommend this establishment to anyone visiting Maryland. I got great help in trying to make bookings and directions etc. Very happy and pleased

The smell. Oh my god...the smell. That is all I can tell you. The hotel looks really nice outside and it seems to be situated in a nice area. But inside is very different. From the moment you step off the elevator on your floor, a smell that can only be described as dirty feet, soiled underwear, cat-piss and body...

My wife and I, and another couple stayed here on our way south and back. The first night, the toilet in our friends' room didn't work. They were moved to another room, but the room key they were given didn't work, so staff let them in with a pass key. Not a big deal except for the fire in the...
