Manager charged $50 more than my on-line reservations. when I protested and showed him my reservations, he mentioned that I needed a discount card, (Never listed on reservations). again I protested, next morning I found the window busted out in my van. coincidence? you make that call, I think not. more

Room had an overpowering mold smell which they tried to cover up with air freshener spray. Staff was anti-customer service. Manager did not honor on-line price confirmation and jacked up the price $50.00 on commencement day in College Park.(Not another room anywhere in the city). Stay there only if you want to get ripped off for substandard accommodations. more

I want to first compliment the friendly staff. However, the furnishings were in bad shape, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathroom wasn't really clean (fuzzy baseboards). My major concern was over room security - the door wouldn't quite close, and opened easily with a little tug (or push from the outside). more

It included a table with 2 chairs, an iron and ironing board, a blowdryer, a coffee maker with coffee, cable TV (HBO) and a separate sink outside of the bathroom. The shower worked well.
