“Good place”

We came in on a Friday without a reservation. We were allowed to rent a room for $99 a night most likely because we were coming before the season started. Clean, and the beach was literally across the street. 10/10 would come again.

“Great Spot...but...”

We parked the car and never needed to moved it . Everything was walking distance. We rented two rooms and in one of the rooms, the AC unit was leaking inside our room. “Clean and close to everything”

The Sands by the Sea was great. Very clean, very professional staff and close to everything including the Atlantic Ocean. All new deck and pool, including the lounge chairs and tables. A real pleasure being there. Hope to be there more next summer. Thanks Sands.
