Official Description (provided by the hotel):: Harbor Ridge is a 40-unit vacation ownership luxury condominium in Southwest Harbor, Maine. Most of our units are two-bedroom, sleep 6 townhouses that span three stories. There are also three one-bedroom, sleep four townhouses that span three stories. Each three-story, two-bedroom townhouse has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 1/2 baths, washer, dryer, and a cozy living room with TV and DVD/VCR. Each story has a private balcony with most of our buildings having an ocean view from the top floor. The resort also has a one-story handicap accessible unit (Unit 51) that has two bedrooms, one bath, a kitchen, and a living room with a balcony. Our clubhouse has an indoor heated pool, hot tub, fitness center, game room, and on-site DVD/VHS video rentals. “Great Place”

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff(especiall Susan). We stayed in unit 23(2br 2&1/2 bath) and found it clean, well equpped, with a wonderful view. Nice quiet area. Easy drive to everything we wanted to see. Our unit was well equipped and very comfortable. Iwas so impressed with the whole development. Nice pool(indoors) and hot tub. I would return here... More

“Harbor Ridge great LOCATION, only Time Share Resort on Mt. Desert Island.”

We love it, we own 2 weeks, late summer & late fall. We own other time shares, have sold some but won't give up HR. Only 40 units and we have also traded in using units we own elsewhere. We just spent a wonderful week at Harbor Ridge. Weather being perfect is a real help. Harbor Ridge is nice and quiet and in a perfect location. I read on this site about the path to town. I was lucky to get this 1 bedroom condo thru Interval International. The unit had everything for a comfortable stay. The location in Southwest Harbor was a great location with some great hiking trails and the vistas were spectacular. I recommend buying the live lobster offered twice a week. Exchanged into Harbor Ridge for the third time for the gorgeous views Once again not disappointed. Had 5 of us. This unit (#32) seemed a little smaller but we weren't in the unit much. Harbor Ridge Resort is on Mt. Desert Island, a great location. Stayed here as a timeshare exchange through Interval International. I found Harbor Ridge to be quaint, pleasant and quiet. The unit is small, felt a little cramped. “Great place to stay”

Quiet, clean and well maintained, staff was friendly and helpful. Visited there on a timeshare exchange and was not disappointed. Good location, short walk to Southwest Harbor, grocery store is about 2miles, executive golf course is about a mile. Kitchen and laundry facilities were nice to have in the unit
