New hotel, very nice rooms (flat screen TV, bed etc), nice bathroom and clean. My room was next to elevator near ice machine. I did not hear the elevator at all, however if did hear the ice machine several times as people used it (while I was in bed). The floor construction does not appear to have much sound insulation.... more

A nice quiet comfortable hotel. Room was great. Front desk staff very helpful in giving directions to nearby restaurant. Mall on other side of expressway. Just wish they had more than one computer in business center as someone was using it and I didn't feel like hovering around waiting for them to finish. Parking lot not laid out very well. more

Very nice courtyard hotel - very spacious rooms, great staff, a quick drive into downtown Portland. Nice area of town, the Maine mall is nearby. Slept well, breakfast is reasonably priced at $5.95 for a continental breakfast. more

This is a very nice Courtyard. The suites have two LCD TVs and a wet bar for a reasonable price. Bed is very good and staff is friendly.
