If you want to stay in Rockport, I don't know if there's any other place overlooking the harbor. This proved to be a wonderful b&b. I know Rockport's sort of between Rockland and Camden, so it's great if you want to see both. We stayed in the "East" room, which is enormous, and has a king-size bed, a million-dollar view over the harbor out into the bay, cable tv, air conditioning, and awesome (and filling) breakfasts the 2 days we stayed. It also has an entrance from the back, so it's like an apartment, in case you feel weird about tiptoeing through somebody's living room downstairs. It was $150 per night and I felt that was appropriately priced. It's in a very quiet section too. Suffice it to say, I recommend it.
