This was a great place to stay. The owners definately give their guests the royal treatment. The rooms are equipped with everything you need while on the road and more. Great place. Extremely clean. Very comfortable beds. I really appreciated the coffee maker, fridge and microwave in the rooms. Family run, and someone was always there when I needed something (ex, iron). Especially appreciated the Neutrogena bathroom products. Despite it being on a busy road, I didn't hear any road noise or noise of any kind.

We may have stayed the same weekend as the previous review because we also suffered some from noise one night from other guests, but overall we enjoyed our stay at the White Pines Inn. Just got back from a weekend there. As with many descriptions, the rooms here are not how they are described. While it's a very clean place, the walls are made out of paper. I used to stay in Portland to visit my Raymond, ME client. Well no more! Not since I found this little gem. Comfortable beds, refrigerators, high speed internet, welcoming hosts, what more could you ask for?
