We booked the smaller room (409 in the back) because of its price. It cost $110/night, but seemed that it should have cost $10. The no smoking room smelled of disgusting old smoke, as the smoke alarms were all disarmed. The bed was so caved in that we could neither lie down nor sleep. This little place was in walking distance of everything Old Orchard Beach had to offer; the beach, the arcade/amusement park, the shops. We stayed in a 2 bedroom cottage that fit us perfectly. It felt more like a little vacation house than a motel. The front desk person, Amber, was really helpful and friendly our entire visit. more

Spent a few days here in late June. Rained most of the time so I couldn't actually spend much time at the beach like I wanted. I did love that this hotel was near everything and you could quickly get to everywhere. I got to go to my first drive in theather not too far away so that was cool.... more

I loved this place, great people, super beach. Maine is such a nice place to visit in early summer. The Inn is a very good value given the cost of other accommodations in the area. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend to all if you visit. One caveat - the beach is a 5 minute walk down the hill.... more

Please do yourselves a favor and stay way clear of this incredible dive. This has got to be the worst motel on the beach. I stayed there for the last three weeks without heat and hot water. Owner promised heat every other day for the last two weeks and hasn't delivered what he promised. Time to move out! more
