The recieptionist could not have been any more accomodating in making the reservation. I needed an early wake-up call and did not want to disturb any other guests, so she put us in an end room. Since it was off season, she proceeded to give my wife a later check out time which was greatly appreciated.

The improvements Sea View owners and managers have made really are making a difference! The best one so far is the new mattresses. Heavenly!! The addition of the microwave, fridge and the new air conditioner certainly helps, too, along with the improved showerhead and shower rod in the bathroom! About 10 years ago a friend recommended the Seaview...having never stayed in Ogunquit before I took their word....this place is the ideal location...just far enough away from the center of town but close enough to walk...how perfect....You never have to take your car....the motel is clean and quiet...a lot of families...the staff is so accomodating.....I love it there...we now go... Friendly staff, rooms are clean and large, and there is a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. If you bring your earplugs, you should have no trouble, but without them you will hear the guests in the room above you walking around and the road noise. The room, bathroom was very clean and made up everyday, with enough towels,etc. The motel is about 10-15 mins max to the beach. The SeaView is close to everything and a great place to stay! Our room was immaculate, the continental breakfast was a big plus, we didn't have to run our for breakfast all the time. The owner went out of his way to be accomodating as did the rest of the staff, I can't wait to come back next year!
