Went up to Twin Pines with a group of guys for a snowmobiling trip, and had a blast! We stayed in a large 4 bedroom cabin on the shore of Millinocket Lake with a breathtaking view of Mt. Katahdin. Cabin was complete with full kitchen, living room, dining room. Plenty of space for 10 of us. We rented snowmobiles (my... More

I found Twin Pines on the internet after a long search. Too bad they don't come up earlier in a google search, because it is a top notch place for a winter holiday. The accommodations were very new and nice--in-floor heating was a nice touch--and private, right on the lake. We were not expecting to find such wonderful cross-country ski... More

Twin Pines Camps now has dining! The River Driver's Restaurant has relocated to Twin Pines Camp. Currently serving lunch and dinner and with plans to add breakfast beginning winter 2011 - 2012. The convenience to Baxter State Park, and now no need to cook after a long hike is a huge plus. Cabins have free Wi Fi, but spotty cell... More

After a disappointing introduction to the Katahdin Inn in Millinocket, my two brothers-in-law and I relocated to a Twin Pines lake side cabin with a fantastic view of Mt. Katahdin. This place is a North Woods paradise! The staff is wonderful, the restaurant first rate, the bar is a life saver for those who desire a cocktail after a day... More

Twin Pines Camp is one of the locations of the New England Outdoor Center. It is located on Millinocket Lake about half way between the town of Millinocket and Baxter State Park entrance. There are a variety of cabins available from simple to the almost luxurious new Coveside Guests Houses were we stayed. All arrangements were easily made and staff... More

Recently took a trip up to Twin Pines for a snowmobiling trip with some friends. We rented a cabin, which was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, awesome kitchen with everything you could need. The staff was super friendly, and everything was very low-key and easy. We also rented snowmobiles which worked great, and again the staff was very... More
