I stopped at Katahdin Inn and Suites the night before I was to go camping at Baxter State Park. My room was upgraded upon arrival as I stayed there during the low season. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a basic continental breakfast. The room was a great value and only about... More

I was here a couple months ago on a college trip. We raised money and found that this hotel was one of the cheapest for our budget plan, it boasted a clean, heated swimming pool and a couple arcade machines in the lobby. The hotel staff seemed very nice at first and set us up with a room fairly quickly.... More

As one review said.... there isn't much else in Millinocket but Katahdin Inn was great value for the price! It was very clean and the service was very friendly!!! Yes, we would return there in a minute. They have continental breakfast and if this is not what you're looking for, the hotel is close to a MacDonald and a little... More

Absolutely a great value for impeccable service, very friendly and considerate staff, a hot breakfast with a very large selection and fresh various fruits! Coffee available 24/7. Large dining area. HUGE lobby, yet very cozy with variety of sitting areas for visiting with friends, family or business associates. The website shows all! The pictures I viewed online before checking in... More

Waaaay overpriced run down hotel. Sleep quality was fine - rooms were clean but had ceiling cracks, peeling and outdated wallpaper, old and poor picture quality t.v.'s. There was a frig in the room but it wasn't plugged in. With some updates - even just some fresh paint this place could be much more welcoming.

The motel is a three story building located behind a strip mall whose original entrance was lost to the Rite-Aid drug store planted in the original entranceway. One enters an unsheltered side door into a cavernous, echoing, warehouse-like, darkened lobby featuring a heated swimming pool surrounded by a wooden fence and a tiki hut. The interior smelled musty and the... More

We just came back from the Katahdin Inn & Suites and had a wonderful time. The rooms are clean and the staff there are AMAZING!!! The room rates are great and it was close by as my family climbed Mt Katahdin. We would definately recommend this place. It has a nice pool, hottub and gym. We will be back again.... More

I like to provide an overview of the positives and the negatives and then provide some suggestions. Positives - Price, nice / helpful staff, older but clean room, offered a pool / hot tub / rec area. Within the distance of 1 or 2 city blocks you have a gas station / dunkin donuts (serves hot food, wine, beer, snacks),... More

My boyfriend and I were planning on climbing Mt. Katahdin. Originally, we had planned on camping or renting a cabin, but decided to leave in the evening and wouldn't arrive until after dark so we decided to book a hotel room instead, especially since it was actually cheaper to stay here than at some of the cabins! I am so... More

My 2 daughters and I stayed two nights - prior to and immediately after our climb of Mt. Katahdin - and we couldn't have been more pleased. What initially attracted me here was the pool and hot tub (after a 10.5 mile hike and 5,268 feet we needed it!) and favorable reviews on Trip Advisor. First and foremost it was... More
