The only thing I didn't like was the bed. It was one of those beds that sinks in the middle so you have a hard time staying on your side. Everything else was fine. Stayed here for an overnight stay in March while attending the Ft Kent Maine Can-Am dog sled racing championships. The motel looks like a big trailer, or series of trailers/mobile homes put together. My brother and I attended the Marquis Family Reunion / 2009 Acadian Festival in Madawaska in late June. The Martin Motel is modestly appointed... but quite homey, very clean and as comfortable as a visit to grandama's house. We picked Martin's out of a list of Aroostook County motels. We asked if we could bring our dog and cat, and if they had wi-fi. A big yes to both questions and a reasonable rate quote landed us a reservation. Nice room, clean, comfortable and a very pleasant experience.

Martin's Motel is convenient, economical, and the service is terrific. We went with two dogs, and the people at Martin's couldn't have been nicer.
