From my first email, to conversations on the phone, to face to face contact, all staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the Captain Lord Mansion's friendly innkeepers and staff, especially the cook, who welcomed us each morning with the unbelievable breakfasts. Always 3 courses--fresh muffins, yogurts & fruit & granola, and then the hot entrees--eggs, pancakes, meats & more. Fresh juice & coffee, & very serious all-day snacking!
