The hotel seems to be a little dated. The air conditioner had a personality deciding on its' own what temperature you were going to get. Management stated there was no maintenance on duty to fix it but someone did come and look. Breakfast was standard continental and fairly long drive for lunch or dinner. Booked last minute at Rumb Line Resort. The pictures on the web site looked great. Arrived at the room, and said to myself - "it's only for the night". We recently stayed at the Rhumbline Resort for 4 nights and had a great experience... this resort is tucked away but yet so close to the beautiful coastline and many attractions in Kennebunkport. Stayed for 4 nights in early July. It rained (unfortunately) for 2 days but had a good time. The area has much to offer, great beaches, fishing, sights. The resort itself seems a bit dated, could use some updating. The fitness room was adequate but also old equipment. Breakfast......was awful. It is not worth it at all. No nutritional value... more
