We would fist like to apologize for your unhappiness with the room you had booked. The Wharfside or “annex” as it is referred to in your review, was created to add a more casual dynamic and choice for prospective house guests. We stayed here for one night on our way up the coast. The room was lovely really bright and the bed was so comfortable. It was also right in the town so in a great location for restaurants. The self service breakfast was nice, with a good selection. I would recommend this hotel! more

Stayed here in October. We had a room in the main building (the one with the restaurant in it). It was large and comfortable. Good size bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. This is a great spot and I have been there a number of times and stayed in most of the buildings.The Mansion house is the best with large rooms and comfortable beds, and the other rooms in Federal are large as well.Great piano bar and restaurant. Walk to Dock Square, free parking which is important in this area of Kennebunkport.... more
