I can't say enough about this beautiful and serene setting. It is always so relaxing. The owners, Sue and Arthur and daughter, Emma are delightful and so welcoming. And the food is simply delicious.

My husband and i are just getting home from our wonderful visit at the olde saco inn. I can't say enough about our stay, it was quite and very relaxing. Sue and Arthur were so kind and friendly. We went kayaking in the river that runs along side the property, when we got back we had fresh warm cookies waiting... More

We loved this Inn - the location on the river where we had a nice paddle; great hosts who were anxious to be of help with anything; wonderful amenities like cookies, seasonal decor, bathrobes, and a hot tub on the back porch; excellent breakfast served with an elegant flair; and the Inn itself, which is beautiful. We will come again!

My wife and I go to the Inn often for our weekends away. Arthur and Sue keep a nice, clean, quiet place that we find very relaxing. We enjoy the breakfasts as well as the spacious room we always ask for. Greay as always.

The inn has everything we were looking for: secluded but pristine location, on-site canoeing and kayaking, and a personal (but not "smothering") B&B experience. While the furnishings in the common spaces are well-worn, everything is immaculately clean and charmingly decorated. The rooms are cute, and the breakfast area is spacious, with a wrap-around screen porch and a fireplace. The building... More

My husband and I (sometimes with our children) have been guests of Sue and Arthur’s for over 5 years. This B&B will exceed all of your expectations!! It's a gorgeous facility, close to many attractions, very clean with wonderful, accommodating hosts. The attention to extra details like providing home-made cookies and a home-cooked breakfast for guests everyday, separates it from... More

We brought our family to the Olde Saco Inn to stay while skiing at Shawnee Peak. Our kids and grandkids range from 4 years old through college age to 30. We all thoroughly enjoyed the inn. Sue and Arthur are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful without being intrusive. We played board games and enjoyed homemade cookies and hot cocoa... More
