The wife took me there for my 51st birthday celebration. Lovely, spacious Inn and great lodgings! The Hostess and assistant where very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was great and the bed very comfortable. The grounds is beautiful and also spacious. We spent only one night and didn't have enough time to enjoy the whole of the Inn and various sitting... I booked this cute B&B through living social for about $100 per night with a package. I looked on libe and read reviews on some older rooms and booked room 11 for my mother and I on Mothers Day weekend. I called the week before to confirm and was told that they placed us in room 10 which had a... More

As the owner of The Brunswick Inn, I am obviously very distressed by this review, particularly since there are inaccuracies in the review and since my staff and I went to great lengths to accommodate these guests. I take full responsibility for trying to upgrade this woman and her mother; I will not do this in the future without checking... More

The inn is quaint and the staff are very nice. We used a groupon, and had some problems with the food part of the package. We had to leave @ 715am on the departure day, and the inn's website says to contact them if you need an earlier breakfast. We did so, far in advance and received an email confirmation... More

The lovely Brunswick Inn is the perfect spot for a getaway. The staff are marvelous and the house is fabulous. The owner has filled the walls with works by local artists. Most of the art is for sale -- be sure to check out the art in the Carriage House in addition to the main house. You can walk to... More

My two nights spent here were perfect in every way! My daughter and I stayed in the Carriage House in room 11, which was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were greeted warmly upon our arrival and were allowed to check in early. Since the weather was raw and rainy, it was nice to be allowed to get settled in our... More

Two nights in room 14 in the carriage house were perfect in every way. The breakfast was terrific as was Linda who served it in addition to greeting us when we arrived. Linda was also well informed with her dining suggestions for the Brunswick area. We will return again and again.

This is a fine home with very comfortable rooms, perfect hospitality, and great breakfast. It is steps away from a terrific selection of dining and pubs, fun local shops, museums, Bowdoin College, world class classical music (in the summer), and musical theater (summers). An unusual feature is the well stocked, complete bar. An evening spent listening to the owner's music... More

I visited The Brunswick Inn in June, 2011. My son and I stayed here while visiting colleges in the northeast. The positives were: 1. The hospitality by the inn-keepers 2. The breakfast was amazing 3. The location of the Inn We stayed on the top floor (the attic, I believe) which was a great layout for us.....there were 2 rooms... More

Thank you for your feedback--you are right! We have been upgrading rooms since we bought the property in May 2009, and your room has not been done yet. We are planning on some new furnishings as well as new tile in the bathroom and new window treatments. It's a beautiful space, one that a frequent guest calls "the treehouse," but... More

Pretty, homely, clean and very comfortable. Eileen and all her staff were great hosts, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic particularily the freshly made blueberry muffins and pancakes enjoyed by the open fire. Thank you everyone.
