We have family in Brewer and need a hotel room for several days when we visit. This was my second stay; the first time 13 months ago with my octogenarian mother, this time with my husband. Both stays were 5+ consecutive days. We couldn't ask for better accommodations or better value. We had the privilege of staying in the annex... More

Friendly, quiet, clean. Stayed two nights with my seven year old and two other adults. Great bargain. Would stay again.

May 24,2012 I had the chance to stay at the Vacationland Inn earlier this week. From check in to all of the ammenties to the room, everything was just PERFECT. The staff was outstanding and made me feel right at home. It may not be a high end hotel but, it has become my treasured place to stay whenever I... More

Great value for the price. The breakfast that was included was very good. Very cozy and welcoming lobby.

We stopped here enroute to NB rather than facing the Airline Road in the dark. During the short wait for check in we were invited to have some fresh coffee and get comfortable in the homey sitting area. We immediately enjoyed the cheerful, efficient staff and the rustic, cottage-like ambiance. Our room, which was huge, fresh, and spottlessly clean, was... More

Like the other reviewers, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff, and, yes, the waffles were good, too. It is not a new motel, but it is in good repair. We booked through their web site and paid about $64 taxes in, for a Monday night in May.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everyone who works there has a smile, and an answer for any question. We were on a working vacation, and were very tired when we returned to our room each afternoon. It was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast of waffles with blueberries each morning was outstanding. We don't get the small Maine blueberries in Ohio,... More

We stayed the night here and it was a great place. The room was large and very clean. The breakfast was the best we had as far as hotel breakfasts go. They had waffles with homemade strawberry or blueberry toppings. MMMMM good! It opens at 5:00 AM so if you need to get on the road thats a bonus too!

We stayed one night at the Inn while attending our daughter's graduation at the University of Maine. The staff was very helpful in choosing a couple of rooms for our family. We had a room with a king bed and a fireplace (I don't know if it actually worked). The room was in the building out back and it was... More

Close to the interstate, clean, and priced right! This is the second we've stayed at this hotel and while the rooms need updating, it is clean and the staff is very friendly. Ask for rooms 114 -125 if you want a little more space.
