This beautiful Inn has one of the most breath-taking views of the gorgeous Sheepscott River. The Annex, a separate wing from the main house, accepts pets...a huge advantage for families who consider their pets part of their vacation experience. We recently attended a wedding held at the Lawnmeer Inn. The staff was friendly and attentive, the Inn comfortable and charming, the food delicious. A memorable weekend - highly recommended! One note of caution...our room had no bath - just a shower with varying temperature of the hot and cold! Perhaps some rooms have baths? Other than that, very lovely. more

We recently stayed here on our anniversary and were extremely disappointed. Although this inn looks very pretty on the outside - our room was extremely tired and worn. Not only was the carpet stained, the walls dirty but even our bedding was old and even our sheets were stained. The furniture in the room was either tacky or from a... more
