Great location motel with very frienly owners. The room was large DOG FRIENDLY and clean! The bathroom was large enough, not spacious but large enough. We travel to the Common Ground Fair every year from MA and this is a perfect place to stay.

The room includes a microwave and a refrigerator which is really convenient but alas, no coffee pot in the room.... More

I came here on a motorcycle trip with my uncle and a couple friends. We chose The Gull Motel because of its low price and good reviews. My experience was very positive from making the reservations over the phone to checking out at the end of our trip. I mostly dealt with Peter who was very friendly, informative, and helpful.... More

My wife and I stayed at The Gull during the Celtic Festival and as we had made no reservations there was a cancellation and we got a room for one night. There was a possibility of staying for another night if the owner could manage to get furniture moved into a newly renovated room. He did and we both breathed... More

We experienced our first trip to New England and were looking for a place to call home for a couple of days in order to enjoy the Bay area. We found this charming little motel on Rt. 1 just out of town. Good choice, room clean, big, with King bed, bath little but clean and accomodating. The owner (one man... More

Hotel was less expensive than others in the area, around $40 or more cheaper. Older hotel, but roomy and had a micro and fridge. Full bathroom, but was small. Bed okay, but I wouldn't say real comfortable. Was nice to have a rocking chair in the room, not what you would normally see. They do accept pets, ( I didn't... More
