Everything about the hotel was great except the smoky smell in a room that should not smell that way. When I asked the front desk clerk to move, the heavy set blond treated me like a child. She was very ugly to me and did not seem very sympathetic. We paid for non-smoking and that is the treatment we received.... More

The rooms were nice, but once it was time to check out had the most problems ever! Had to get a maid to verify with the clerk the number of people in the room...even though we stated how many people during check-in and everyone had their own key. The Inn is beautiful and great location. The Inn is near a major Hwy (Hwy 167) and Wal-Mart is next door. The rooms are spacious & very comfortable. Each room has a 42" LG flat screen HDTV. The bedding is great and the cleanliness of the rooms is unbeatiable. The staff is helpful and friendly.

It is about time that travelers to Winnfield have a choice at lodging. I have traveled to Winnfield many times and was never please with the accomadations there.
