An all around unpleasant experience and here's a few of the reasons why: 1. A confirmed guaranteed reservation (by credit card and telephone) was not honored as to accomodations. 2. Worst mistake I will ever make. The hotel is old and it can be seen in the rooms. The service was aweful. If you are ever in the West Monroe area please take my advice stay somewhere else. More

May not be as new as some of the other hotels in the area, but the best place for the money in my opinion.
