“Bad customer service!”

My colleagues and I worked late into the morning one day and had reserved three rooms with credit card. When we arrived, the receptionist said that she had to cancel the reservations since we did not show up the previous evening. WE RESERVED WITH A CREDIT CARD!!!! We have until 11 am the next morning, don't we? If we don't... More

“Awful management, very rude”

I would recommend a hotel with friendly management and staff, and this would not be it. They need to learn that the idea of working in a SERVICE industry is good customer service
