Awful stay! Room was a non-smoking room, BUT, evidently full of mold. First floor room made me wonder if this property flooded during Rita in 2005. Poorly appointed. Not decorated or furnished to La Quinta standards. Terrible breakfast. more

I should have know when they did not ask if I wanted a smoking or non smoking room. When we walked into the room it immediately smelled of a strong fragrance(deoderizer). For us with bad allergies we could not stay in the room more than 10 minutes. We checked out and went across the street to a non smoking room. more

Reviews are only as good as the expectations behind them. This small, older chain motel was a very pleasant surprise. Clean and cozy, friendly staff - small fridge in the room. Nothing too worn and all seemed nicely maintained. Small complimentary breakfast was very efficient. Great value! more

Our second stay at this location. Couldn't ask for better service. This property will always be our first choice in Sulphur. We travel with pets, and it is great to have someone be this welcoming and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was the usual motel breakfast, no better or worse. A great place and well worth the price. more
